About your occupational therapist
Person-centred, practical and experienced
“Looking beyond a diagnosis to understand the whole person.”
I am an experienced Occupational Therapist with over eight years of experience across the UK and Australia. My professional background includes forensic psychiatric and mental health settings, supporting individuals with complex mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, to build independence, improve daily functioning and participate meaningfully in everyday life.
Since relocating to Australia, I have worked extensively within the NDIS, supporting adults and children with physical, neurological and developmental disabilities. My experience includes functional capacity assessments, activities of daily living, cognitive rehabilitation, assistive technology, home modifications, sensory and fine motor interventions, and capacity-building therapy.
I take a holistic, person-centred approach, looking beyond a diagnosis to understand the whole person, their environment, daily routines, strengths, challenges and what is genuinely meaningful to them.
